Born in Baton Rouge and raised by Alligator Jack. Bert grew up cooking classic authentic Cajun cuisine. The family has been instrumental in the 2oth annual Cajun Festival in Charleston, SC. This annual event attracts 10,000 people. The food is what brings the people back each year. Come enjoy authentic Cajun food at Park Taverns’ Mardi Gras Festival.
