 9th Annual Helen Oktoberfest Trip Saturday, October 4, 2008 - 10am - 9pm Join us as we take 2 coach buses to beautiful N. Georgia to visit Helen, Georgia. The little German designed town that is home to 6 weeks of Oktoberfest. We will do a Helen bar crawl hitting on the fun spots. This is a prepay event and will sell out! No refunds for no shows! We will leave from Pharr Rd @ Elbow Room across from Atlanta Fish Market @ 10am sharp. We will leave Helen at 9pm. Please plan to arrive at 9:30am for check in. Articles will be safe that are left on bus that day while in Helen. Trip includes coach bus transportation, beer, soft drinks, water & snacks. Items left on bus will be secure. Costs: $55 per person. Post Party: Fado's - Details T.B.A. Parking: You can use Ameripark paylot at intersection of Grandview & E. Paces Ferry Rd. This is a 3 story green office building. There will be a parking attendant at the lot. Parking is $10. The attendant will arrive by 8am and your car will be safe until the return that night.
